Scholars Without Borders distributes bread to displaced and affected families across the Gaza Strip through the "Food Support" project. Each week, 300 households receive a portion of 10 loaves. Families targeted include those who lost their income, children, the elderly, and displaced households living in shelter centers, along with students and teaching staff in schools.
The weekly distribution runs on a total cost of $1,500 and relies on organized delivery schedules to reach families equitably. Field teams coordinated with local authorities to identify the most vulnerable households and monitored each distribution to ensure discipline and transparency. Priority went to the most fragile families when bakery supply came under pressure.
