Gaza Winter Emergency Appeal

Send Jackets and Blankets To Vulnerable Families

In January, a mother of five in Gaza stood in the wind, stitching her tent back together with a needle and thread. Strong winds had collapsed it over her family. Thousands of tents went down that winter.Rain has already started again, and UNICEF says more than 1.76 million people in Gaza still live in overcrowded camps or damaged shelters. We are preparing now: warm clothing and blankets for displaced families, and a shelter camp for 50 of them. The sooner you give, the sooner a child has something warm to wear and somewhere safe to sleep when the cold reaches their camps.
